  • The HR Specialist for Employee Relations shall be responsible for ensuring employee discipline by monitoring employees’ compliance to the Company’s Code of Discipline and Department of Labor & Employment (DOLE) policies and procedures, guidelines, rules, regulations, and programs. S/he shall act as the first point of contact for employees to provide advice and support on all employee relations issues and maintain a fair and consistent approach in the implementation of disciplinary action proceedings, thus promoting a positive culture within the organization.

  • Requirements

  • Minimum education level: Bachelor´s Degree
  • 2 years of experience
  • Language(s): English
  • Knowledge: Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Word
  • Availability for travel: Yes
  • Availability for change of residence: Yes
  • People with disabilities: Yes
