Salary:20,000-25,000

Key Competencies:

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Know how to prioritize and plan work activities efficiently

• Organized, accurate, thorough, and able to monitor work for quality

• Dependable, able to follow instructions, respond to management direction, and must be able to improve performance through management feedback

• Results oriented; experience driving and execution on HR objectives

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree holder of Human Resources, Psychology, and or any business related courses

• Has more than 5 years extensive background in handling talent acquisition and employee relations

• Experience with full-cycle recruiting, using various techniques and strategies

• Adept at problem-solving, including being able to identify and resolve issues in a timely manner

• Experience in handling disciplinary cases and employee engagement activities is preferred

• Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems

• Knowledge in data analytics and HRIS is an advantage

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and other related software applications

• Able to analyze data and translate to HR strategies is an advantage
