    • At least With 2 Years of Experience as HR Generalist

    • Outstanding interpersonal relationship

    Role and responsibilities

    • Recruitment & Staffing

    • Employee relation & engagement

    • Managing orientation program and

    On boarding process of employees.

    • Managing compensation and benefits (Payroll, Payments, Government reporting).

    • Maintaining a current employee data base and Record.

    • Maintaining compliance with labor laws and company handbook

    • Ability to organize, multi-task, plan set priorities with minimal supervisor

    • Performs other related duties from time to time

  • Requirements

  • Minimum education level: Bachelor´s Degree
  • Years of experience: 2
  • Language(s): English
  • Availability for travel: Yes
