  • Duties and Responsibilities



    Performs secretarial support and administrative assistance to the HRD Manager. Responsible in recruitment and training. Promotes goodwill and high morale in the company. Exhibits good public relations with people outside of the organization, discipline and good judgement in the execution of performing tasks assigned.

    Requirements:

    1. Candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management or Psychology.

    2. Good in oral and written communication skills.

    3. With at least 1 year of working experience specializing in Recruitment and Training or equivalent.

    4. Works requires attention to detail, excellent organizational skill, and discretion with confidential information.

    5. Highly energetic, analytical, organized, result-oriented and work with excellence.

    6. Applicants must be willing to work in Marilao, Bulacan or preferably living near the area.
