  • The HR and Admin Assistant is responsible for providing strong support and assistance to Human Resources Department in facilitation and delivery of HR services to the company and to associates as a whole.

    • Assist the operations supervisor in handling the accounts of the company: Sprout HR, timekeeping, securing approval from the clients, liaising concerns of the staff in the Main Office.

    • Helps the recruitment team in the admin works for all new hires.

    • Assist in filing of 201 and other reports as well as employee relations concerns.

    • Do errands for bank transactions and liaising bank applications of all new hires.

    • Helps monitor meals accordingly.

    • Maintains a favorable working relationship with all other company employees to foster and promote a cooperative and harmonious working climate.

    • Cooperates and coordinates with colleagues and outside contractors/suppliers whenever necessary.

    • Ensures proper care and maintenance of equipment in the area of assignment.

    • Perform other duties as maybe assigned to you from time to time

    • Can work with minimal supervisions

    • Strong communication skills and must be highly organized

    • A team player and has the passion for helping others

    • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously

    • Proficient in MS/Word and Excel

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • BS Psychology or Human Resources Management graduate

    • At least one (1) year working experience in the related field is required for the position
