    Description


  • - Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties
    - Provide clerical and administrative support to Human Resources executives
    - Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies)
    - Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc)
    - Attendance monitoring
    - Monitoring of drivers and deliveries
    - Assists in purchasing of supplies and other needed materials
    - Updates 201 files
    - Assists in employee recruitment
    - Facilitate initial orientation for newly-hired personnel

  • Requirements

  • Minimum education level: Bachelor´s Degree
  • Years of experience: 1
  • Knowledge: Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Word
  • Availability for travel: No
