- MANDARIN speaking

- Bachelor's Degree in Psychology or Human Resource Management Development or equivalent

- At least 2 years working experience as Human Resources

- Familiar with the operational procedures of various Human Resources management practices.

- Familiar with various labor laws and HR regulations and practices

- Have good professional ethics, responsible and communication skills

- Adaptability

- Team player

- Knowledgeable in MS Office

Job Description

- Assist in formulation, improvement, implementation of Human Resources management rules, regulation and -working procedures

- Handles employee attendance

- Organize and schedule candidates for interviews

- End to end recruitment process

- Manage and organize 201 files

- Assist in the implementation of employee training and other related activities

- Assist in handling labor disputes

- Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Minimum education level: Bachelor´s Degree
• 2 years of experience
• Language(s): Mandarin Chinese
• Knowledge: Recruiting, Human Resources
• Availability to travel: No
• Availability of change of residence: Yes
