    To assist in the overall day-to-day operations of human resources.


    • Maintain accurate and updated records as well as processing all necessary paperwork for new hires, terminations, and other status changes in employees.

    • Respond to HR-related inquiries and concerns through a ticketing system.

    • Provide support in updating HR-related policies.

    • Manage labor law postings for various states in the US to make sure they are complete, accurate, and up to date.

    • Assist with sourcing and pre-screening of candidates, aligned with company qualifications and culture.

    • Perform scheduling, follow-ups, and other administrative parts of the entire hiring process.

    • Support initiatives that drive employee engagement and enablement.

    • Assist with company events.

    • Work directly with our Business Operations Director to accomplish HR tasks.


    • Bachelor’s degree in any field.

    • Minimum of 1 year experience in an HR generalist role.

    • Have excellent verbal and writing skills in English.

    • Tech savvy; ability to learn new applications and work with multiple technology platforms for communication and necessary job functions.

    • Willing to work on night shift.
