  • -Serve as liaison between Company and Principal regarding service matters

    -Serve as liaison between employees and Management on concerns affecting

    employees and vice versa

    -Maintain records of personnel-related data such as Payroll, Personal Information,

    Attendance, Turnover Rates.

    -Liase with other departments such as Accounting, Recruitment,

    Compensation & Benefits

    -Conduct Orientation of Company Policies and House rules of Clients

    -Other Related Duties.
