    * Pensions and knowledgeable in processing benefits and compensation/SSS/Philihealth/PAG-IBIG
    * Approving, processing job posting and advertisements
    * Handle employee concerns
    * Prepare and submit HR Reports to TOP MANAGEMENT
    * Nurture a positive working environment
