  • • Lead, manage and supervise full suite of HR & Admin responsibilities

    • Develop, review and implement sound HR policies, procedures and processes

    • Analyse and review salary benchmarking for strategic competitiveness

    • Provide leadership to the team of HR as well as Admin specialist

    • Ensure compliance to corporate governance including internal and external audits

    • Conduct random surprise audits at project offices within Philippines

    • Collaborates with all Head of Departments for alignment and execution of business objectives

    • Assist Country Manager in planning and identifying for leadership succession

    • Leads HR & Admin team to ensure the smooth operations; office management; overall security and business continuity plans of the company

    • Assumes ad hoc management projects as assigned by Country Manager or Director, HR

    Qualifications:

    • Degree in HRM, Psychology, Business Admin or any Engineering / IT related degree.

    • Minimum 13 years of Generalist HR leadership / managerial experience in large and complex project-based environments such as construction, and/or manufacturing

    • Has led teams or departments

    • Understand and implemented business process optimisation that lead to increased productivity and efficiencies

    • Ability to read, write and converse in English when communicating with Headquarters based in Singapore

    • Strong written and verbal communication skills

    • Must possess a sense of urgency and eye for details

    • Able to work under time constraints, mature; self-motivated and unafraid to implement decisions after due process of thinking

    Others (Advantage to have):

    • Human Resource Management related certifications (E.g., Organization Development, Compensation and Benefits, Training and Development)

    • Understanding local tax policies is an advantage

    • Advanced MS Excel

    • Leadership and Managerial Training

  • Minimum education level: Bachelor´s Degree
  • 10 years of experience
  • Language(s): English
  • Knowledge: Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Learning, Leadership
  • Availability for travel: Yes
  • Availability for change of residence: No
