HR (Human Resources) Manager Up to 100k - Monthly Salary Package I CSR I T22

Offer description

The Human Resource Manager will lead and direct the routine functions of the Human Resources (HR) department including hiring and interviewing staff, administering pay, benefits, and leave, and enforcing company policies and practices.

Qualification
- 3 years and Up experience as an HR Manager
- Experience and knowledgeable of PH Labor Law or Labor Relations
- Understanding of HR concepts especially employee experience and change management
- Experience and skills in developing and maintaining documentation and reporting
- Skilled in staff engagement and monitoring
- Able to independently manage team members and cases, both internal and external
- Up to 80k-100k salary ( but it depends on the experience of the candidate )
