  • The Human Resources Officer shall be responsible for handling a variety of personnel related administrative duties and responsibilities include providing information and clerical support to the HR department and employees regarding human resources activities, policies, processes and procedures.

    • Handles HR Supplies Request.

    • Organizes Annual Physical Exam.

    • Organizes unscheduled Drug Testing when needed.

    • Adheres with the assigned HR Tasks and Reports.

    • Updates HRIS and Manual Excel Employee Masterlists.

    • Updates and Maintains Manual Excel for New Hires and Resignations.

    • Registers new staff in the biometrics for time-in and time-out.

    • Updates record for any changes as per Personnel Action Form (PAF).

    • Checks Monthly Attendance, Timekeeping, Compensatory Time Off taken and Over Time rendered for Payroll Inputs.

    • Handles, Maintains and Updates Employee’s Time Off Records (VL | SL | CTO | LWOP | etc.).

    • Maintains and monitors the validity and expiration of various Occupational/Municipal Health Certificates.

    • Prepares Salary Certificates and/or Employment Certificates for all employees.

    • Prepares, Checks and Records all PAF, Change of Status, Internal Transfer, Promotions, and Increases.

    • Prepares Status Change Letter according to approved PAF.

    • Handles and monitors the 3rd & 5th Probationary Evaluations.

    • Secures final clearance and prepares final pay summary of resigned/terminated employees.

    • Processes resignation/termination to Finance and follows up final attendance sheet.

    • Prepares Final Pay Summary of Resigned/Terminated Employees

    • Handles SSS, PhilHealth, PAGIBIG and BIR transaction benefit claims.

    • Handles Sickness, Maternity Leave, Paternity Leave and other claims.

    • Handles, Announces and Replenishes First Aid Kit Box and/or Medical Supplies.

    • Handles and Processes Employee Discount Form.

    • Prepares and Prints updated weekly Meal List. Consolidates and Shares to Cafeteria Chef / Staff.

    • Handles, Monitors and Assists accordingly on HMO Applications, Cancellations, Deletions & Card Issuances.

    • Handles Renewal of HMO.

    • Timely creation, development and update of company policies and procedures in accordance to existing and/or prevailing Labor Laws.

    • Counsels employees on job related issues and where necessary on items of personal nature affecting work.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • Diploma or Degree in Human Resources / Psychology / Behavioral Science or related courses

    • Minimum 1-year experience as HR Officer in the same industry
