Job Summary

The Position will be responsible for ensuring that the organization complies with all compliance laws, external regulations, and government requirements (i.e. requirements by DOLE, PEZA, SSS, Pag-Ibig and Philhealth). You are also expected to be in charge of payroll and timekeeping including government statutory obligations.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Experience in regulatory and compliance specifically with: DOLE, PEZA, SSS, HDMF, PhilHealth, BIR, etc.
Proven work experience in Payroll
Monitors attendance (tardiness & absence) and recommends solutions.
Monitors leaves of all employees
Collect the semi monthly timesheets
Implements compensation policies, rules and regulations updates.
Prepares the payroll instruction and upload in the system
Prepares and processes the separation pay / last day computation of resigned employees.
Ability to handle confidential information
Can work independently with excellent decision-making skills.

Requirements

• Minimum education level: Bachelor´s Degree
• 2 years of experience
• Language(s): English
• Availability to travel: Yes
• Availability of change of residence: Yes
