  • Description

  • 1) Sourcing and recruitment of employees by posting ads and managing the hiring process.

    2) Coordinate with certified job agencies in providing manpower.

    3) Conduct general employee orientation.

    4) Support the management on disciplinary actions and grievance from employees.

    5) Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance.

    6) Develop training and development programs. Coordinate with managers regarding job-specific trainings.

    7) Maintain confidentiality of all employee information.

    8) Collaborate with company safety committee as required by the Department of Labor and Employment.

    9) Process and monitor employee loan application.

    10) Propose policies for approval of management. Ensure that the policies are properly cascaded and implemented.

    11) Production and updating of Company Handbook.

    12) Organize Company Events.

    13) Supervise the Annual Physical Checkup (APE) and arrange for medical referrals.

    14) Coordinate performance evaluation with Supervisor of regular and new hire in accordance with the law.

    15) Perform Human Resource-related tasks assigned by management.
