• Senior Analyst level

• Performing as helpdesk

• Involved in the Life cycle process

• Preparing reports

• Interacting with Vendors and offshore stakeholders





【 Requirements 】

• Minimum of 2 years work experience

• HR experience is preferable but open with a customer relations background receiving calls.

• JLPT Certification is required for Non-native

• Native candidates would not require JLPT Certification as long as the resource is immersed with the Japanese culture and can work in the Philippines

• Willing to handle high volume of work
