  • Job Qualifications:

    -graduate of BS Psychology, HR or any equivalent;

    -with at least 5 years of working experience in the related field;

    -knowledgable in all the facets of HR;

    -can conduct training and create training modules;

    -with good communication and writing skills;

    -can start immediately.

    Job Description:

    -ensuring overall administration, coordination, and evaluation of human resources plans and programs;

    -developing and administering human resources plans and procedures that relate to the company personnel;

    -planning, organizing and controlling the activities and actions of the HR department.

  • Language(s): Tagalog ,English
  • Knowledge: Microsoft Access, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Word, Customer service, Management, Emotions management, Leadership, Negotiation, Goal-oriented, Human Resources, Reports, Self-improvement
