  • ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIP:

    Reports to: Admin Executive Manager

    Supervise: HR Assistant, Payroll Assistant

    Coordinates with: Sales and Marketing Manager, Finance and Accounting Assistant Supervisor, Finance and Accounting Manager, Merchandising Manager, Area Sales Head, Production Head, Warehouse and Logistics Manager,

    GENERAL JOB DEFINITION:

    The Human Resource Manager is responsible for

    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES:

    1. Maintains physical and electronic records of employees;

    2. Assist with the recruitment process by identifying candidates;

    3. Assist in the implementation of HR Policies and procedures;

    4. Conducts pre-employment orientation to newly hired employees;

    5. Conducts training;

    6. Facilitates HR initiated company activities;

    7. Handle employee relation functions;

    8. Receives and assesses incident reports

    9. Prepares and facilitates the issuance of notice to the employee;

    10. Conducts administrative hearing for rank and file admin case;

    11. Monitors timekeeping and attendance records of all employees;

    12. Prepares and submits monthly attendance report to department heads

    Company Involvement

    13. Abides with the GH Office Depot set of rules, regulations, and policies

    14. Attends meetings (weekly or monthly meetings) as required by immediate superior and other departments.

    15. Suggests and participate in achieving department plans and goals.

    16. Represents and promotes a positive image of the company both on and off the job.

    17. Performs other functions as required by the immediate head.

    MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS

    Gender : Male/Female

    Educational Requirements: Graduate of Bachelor of any business courses

    Work Experience: preferably 6months to 1 year of work experience in related

    Field

    • Regular working hours

    • Work is performed indoors with a long period of sitting.
