  • ROLE: To plan, manage and implement human resources activities in a strategic manner such as hiring, training, employee relations, compensation and benefits, employee services and strategic organizational development and interventions based on the demands and needs of the company thru proper utilization and maximizing capabilities of HR Business Partners and Center of Excellence HR Specialist Team.

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent

    • Has at least 2 years of full-time work experience as a manager in the related field

    • Must be adept at all HR disciplines: recruitment, employee relations, labor relations, employee engagement, compensation and benefits, timekeeping

    • With excellent problem solving and decision-making skills

    • With high degree of integrity and the ability to keep things in order

    • Must be able to lead, provide strategic directions and tactical guidance to the management and the HR team

    * SALARY IS NEGOTIABLE and WILL BE DISCUSSED DURING INTERVIEW
