  • 1. Oversees human resources activities such as recruitment and selection, payroll and timekeeping, compensation and benefits, performance management system, labor and employee relations, company events and recreation;

    2. Assists on evaluating employee's performance and makes recommendations on needed training and development;

    3. Administers performance management system to ensure effectiveness, equity within organization;

    4. Supports in making and revising company policies and code of conduct and ensures proper implementation are followed;

    5. Takes charge in company's events such as parties, outings, trainings, gatherings, programs etc.;

    6. Performs and updates performance management system, salary structure, organizational charts, job descriptions and specifications as may be directed by the superior;

    7. Performs investigation on employees disputes regarding on workplace issues;

    8. Prepares employee separation notices and related documentation and conducts exit interviews to determine reason behind separations;

    9. Coordinates with the other departments regarding employment, performance evaluation, trainings, complaints, and disciplinary actions;

    10. Assists in revising and updating human resources and administrative forms for gathering appropriate data;

    11. Monitors and makes report such as monthly head count, plantilla, absences, tardiness and resignation;

    12. Helps and recommends employees forecast to project employment needs;

    13. Maintains and updates human resource information system from time to time;

    14. Responds to inquiries and complaints relating to policies, procedures and programs;

    15. Supervises and trains staff in performing their respective duties and responsibilities;

    16. Executes personnel policies and disciplinary actions among his/her subordinates;
