  • DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
    Responsible in coordinating all HRD activities and programs to site employees upon instruction of the HRD Head
    Ensure proper communication and assures employees’ full participation/compliance.
    Conducts Company Orientation to all newly-hired employees.
    Conducts Total Quality Management (TQM) refresher training to all employees, at least once every month.
    Responsible to coordinate with Local Government Offices (LGUs) in relation to:
    Labor Practices.
    Mandatory Governmental requirements.
    Health and Safety Updates and Practices.
    Responsible in monitoring the employees’ health and safety condition while conducting their official duty.
    Conducts regular rounds to identify any opportunities and/or regularities within the Company premises that need immediate action.
    Responsible for medical supplies requisition, monitoring and safekeeping.
    Monitors submission of Medical Certificates, for employees with absence of 2 days or more due to sickness.
    Monitors the utilization of health card. Coordinates with HRD Main for any concerns and queries.
    Responsible in generating Daily Attendance Report (PER SHIFT) for submission to the Executives and HRD Head.
    Checks, reviews and validates all timekeeping-related documents prior generation of Time Entry Report for submission to HR Main within a given cut-off.
    Ensures reports are complete, accurate and submitted within time specified.
    Assists the HRD Head in monitoring the company-wide activities on regular basis to address any opportunities and/or abnormalities that need immediate action.
    Receives and reviews Incident Report prior submission to HRD Head for verification and finalization.
    Responsible for processing of Visitor / Access Pass whenever necessary.
    Participates and assists during conduction of Audit Compliance activities.
    Monitors and processes Clearances of out-going / in-active employees.
    Receives and reviews Clearance Form. Ensures that concerned employee complies with the policy in relation to filing cut-off date, attachments, etc. prior submission to HRD Main for processing.
    Responsible to inform the concerned employee on the status of his/her final pay.
    Assists during conduction of Corporate / Recreational Activities. Coordinates with Recruitment Section in relation to:
    Issuance of Company Identification Card for new employees/replacement/or due to staff movement.
    Registration on the Biometric Machine.
    Generation and issuance of the Daily Time Record (DTR).
    Responsible for Company Uniform / PPE supplies requisition, monitoring, issuances and safekeeping.
    Maintains filing and similar systems used by the HRD group to ensure that information is readily accessible.
    ID / Biometric Monitoring.
    PPE Accountability Report.
    Company Uniform Inventory Report.
    Daily / Weekly / Monthly Attendance Report
    Attendance Report of all HR-related activities and events.
    Undertakes copy typing of reports and preparation of correspondences depending on the instruction of the HRD Head
    Copy and distribute documents to ensure they reach their destination.
    Performs any tasks that maybe assigned by the Management from time to time.
    REQUIREMENTS

    Education:
    Graduate of Psychology, Human Resource or any 4-year Business course.
    Knowledge, Experience and Training:
    At least 1 year related work experience.
    Knowledge of Administration duties within a busy office.
    Skills
    Computer literate and should have competency on the following applications: MS Office
    Very good coordinating and interpersonal skills.
    Good communication skills both in written and verbal media.
    Possesses strong organizational skills with a good sense of priorities.
    A good team player, capable of working with multiple individuals and personality types.
    Self-starter and can work with minimum supervision.
    Can operate standard office equipment such as fax machine, photocopying machine, computer and printer.
    Can accurately file material, documents, letters, reports, etc. according to the company’s filing system.
