  • JOB OBJECTIVE:

    Recruitment

    Placement

    Compensation Administration

    Timekeeping and facilitation of payroll

    Benefits administration

    Performance Management

    Employee Relations

    Labor Relations

    General Services

    Program and Analysis

    ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

    Facilitates and coordinates Health Card benefit with HMO Provider and employee/ annual physical exam

    Coordinates Incident Report

    Employee Counseling

    Annual employee update - Performance Appraisal

    Administration of government forms

    Facilitates documentation requirement of labor counsel-labor cases

    Submits annual employee information for actuarial report

    Updates Organizational Chart

    Prepares Management Report (MR)

    Other tasks relevant to the position to be discussed from time to time

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    College Graduate (Preferably specialize courses- Psychology, Industrial Relations)

    At least 10 years of related work experience

    Attitude required: Patience, honest, initiative, flexible, proactive, hardworking, respectful

    Special Skills required: Good communication skills, detail oriented , ability to maintain a good working relationship with all co-workers and the external
