  • Job Functions:

    • Acts as HR business partner to support the Philippines business’s short and long-term strategy.

    • Provides HR leadership and functional support to the country organization focusing, but not limited to,

    activities such as hiring, compensation and benefits, rewards and recognition, talent management,

    development and retention, performance management, employee engagement, change management

    and industrial relations.

    • Partner with business and other functional heads to drive the Performance Management process

    including Goal/KPI setting and assessments.

    • Recommend Learning and Development programs as part of employee evaluation and development.

    • Use best practices in recruitment and hiring to attract the highest quality workforce.

    • Conduct new hire onboarding and integration.

    • Develop plans and programs for leadership development, employee retention and succession planning

    long term.

    • Coach employees in performance development and coaching/feedback skills.

    • Proactively engage with senior management to identify HR problems and recommend solutions.

    • Keep abreast of new trends in Human Resources practices.

    Job Requirements:

    • Minimum 7-10 years’ relevant experience in a similar role at a multinational corporation or company

    that follows Human Resources Best Practices

    • Experience working at a logistics and distribution company will be preferred but not required.

    • Academic qualifications in Human Resources Management and/or Industrial Relations preferred but

    not required.

    • Oral and written skills in English and Tagalog.

    • Knowledge of DOLE guidelines and regulations and how to apply.

    • Experience recruiting for a range of roles especially sales roles at all levels.

    • Good coaching skills and experience developing coaching skills in others.

    • Knowledge and experience in compensation and benefits.

    • Experience with human resources information systems like payroll and performance management

    systems

    • Hands-on MS Office skills.
