*Coordinates and maintains systems and procedures on recruitment, selection, placement, transfer, promotions, performance
evaluation, separation, lay-offs, retirement, termination and salary and benefits administration.
*Develops, communicates, and coordinates HRM policies and procedures at the office.
*Administers the recruitment, selection and placement program.
Provides data required for the company’s HR information system; ensures maintenance of personnel records.
* Assists managers and supervisors in identifying and solving personnel problems.
* Establishes and maintains sound management-labor programs.

Requirements

• Minimum education level: Bachelor´s Degree
• 3 years of experience
