    Qualification:
    *Graduate of BS Psychology/Human Resource or any related field
    *10 years as HR Generalist
    *Excellent communication skills
    *Has strong personality
    *Can handle stress and pressure

    Job Summary:
    -Overall administration, coordination and evaluation of the human resource function;
    -Develops and administers various human resources plans and procedures;
    -Plans, organizes, and controls all activities of the department. Participates in developing department’s goals and objectives;
    -Develops, recommends and implements employees’ policies and procedures;
    -Manages the recruitment activities; develops strategic solutions to meet the manpower demands of the project;
    -Evaluates reports, results and decisions especially if have impacts or implications on the workforce or/and organization, in general;
    -Closely coordinates with the agency partners on employees’ management; monitors the performance and service delivery of the agency partners;
    -Collates and summarizes the performance evaluation of all staff; Responsible for the monthly endorsement of performance pay to the agency partners; To effectively address all concerns on the performance evaluation;
    -Reviews and validates the payroll data and ensures that staff receive the payroll in a timely manner;
    -Ensures that all the billings are complete and accurate before endorsement for payment processing;
    -Negotiates the rates/costs of all third party providers such as SMART, ID supplier, etc.;
    -Deals with grievances and implements disciplinary actions; Coordinates with the agency partners for the issuance of memo or/and investigating and resolving workplace issues involving their assigned staff; Does in-house investigation, if necessary;
    -Provides advice and information to management on HR policies and procedures, including but not limited to equal opportunity within the organization;
    -Regularly does area visits to maintain good relationship with all staff and to conduct refresher orientation for the rules and regulations; to mediate between the management and the employees; escalates issues to management, if necessary
