    1. Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.

    2. Bridge manaement and employee relations by addressing demands,

    grievances or other issues.

    3. Manage the recruitment and selection process.

    4. Nurture a positive working environment.

    5. Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization.

    17. Ensure that personnel comply with applicable laws, regulations,

    specifications, standards and documented procedures.

    18. Suggest methods to improve work processes.

    19. Perform 5s in th work area.

    20. Supports Company Mission, Vision and Goals.

    21. Report to work daily and promptly.

    22. Implementation of Business Social Compliance Initiative.
