Offer description

Duties include but are not limited to:

Creating recruitment plans, interview schedules and evaluation standards in accordance with HR methodologies and labor laws

Review HR system and reform HR policy (Compliance, in-house Training, salary system)

Supervising all HR activities, communications, reports, requests and documents created and received by the team

Attending interdepartmental meetings with other managers

Overseeing exit interviews and procedures

Carrying out necessary administrative duties.

Conducting performance and wage reviews.

Developing clear policies and ensuring policy awareness.

Creating clear and concise reports.

Giving helpful and engaging presentations.

Maintaining and reporting on workplace health and safety compliance.

Handling workplace investigations, and disciplinary and termination procedures.

Maintaining employee and workplace privacy.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in human resources management or equivalent.

At least 5 years of HR managerial experience

Exposure in Multinational or Japanese company is required

Effective verbal and written communication skills

Ability to create a culture of diversity, inclusivity, collaboration, and teamwork

Experience with analyzing data to guide strategic employment planning
