  • Description



  • Job Functions:

    • Studies industry’s best practice/s related to performance management and recommends improvements

    to the HR Committee.

    • Ensures quality and reliability of performance measures.

    • Champions the use of and adherence to established performance management processes related to

    regularization, transfers, and promotion.

    • Consolidates and safe keeps the consolidated monthly and annual performance ratings of the entire

    organization.

    • Acts as subject matter expert (SME) or go-to person for any performance related issues or concerns of

    the management team

    • Provides leadership, expertise and support to the different departments in order to facilitate delivery of

    desired business results and achievement of business plans through people development

    • Conducts regular training needs analysis (TNA) to serve as basis for training and developments plan

    and budget

    • Implements and executes the training plan and monitors results/ effectiveness of learning interventions

    • Manages external service providers for the customization/development of programs to meet training

    needs

    • Performs other job-related projects as may be assigned from time to time

    Job Requirements:

    • Holds a degree in BS Psychology, Human Resources, Social Sciences, or any related course.

    • At least 10 years of experience in the Human Resources function with focus on but not limited to

    Performance Management and Training and Development.

    • At least 5 years of experience in an HR leadership role.

    • Preferably with experience in a metrics-driven environment.

    • Preferably with experience in medium to large banking and finance organizations.

    • Knowledgeable in various Performance Management processes (e.g. 360 degree feedback, Key

    Results Areas (KRA), Management by Objectives (MBO) etc.).

    • Knowledgeable in the Training & Development Cycle.

    • Project Management Skills.

    • Budget preparation and management

    • Proficient in the use of MS Applications: MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint.
