• Lead and direct the Human Resource team to deliver a comprehensive HR services to the business, formulates and implements objectives, strategies, plans, policies and programs in the areas of human resource audit, planning, recruitment and hiring, training and development, compensation and benefit administration including health/ medical services, performance management and evaluation, labor relations, corporate culture management, industrial counseling, management/ supervisory development, Quality of Work Life (OWL), team building records management and research related to human resource aspects. • Recommends effective and efficient organization structure and development plans to support strategic organizational objectives, overall responsible for management and control of organizational charts and job descriptions. • Keeps track of important economic predictors such as prices of goods, unemployment rate, including the study legislation, arbitration decisions, and benchmarking or collective bargaining contracts to assess industry trends, government rules and regulations on compensation and benefit to plan and recommend to Management. • Provides process consultation in manpower planning, hiring, training, counseling, performance appraising, etc. to Department Manager as requested. • Supervises the implementation HR Information System, payroll and using Peoplesoft system administration that meets organizational needs. • Overall responsible for quality management and control of training plans, records and other HR related documents. • Ensures effective dissemination of information to all employees, especially all human resource policies of the company. • Takes timely corrective action on deficiencies found during audits. • Responsible for deployment of quality objectives in terms of sectional goals and special targets (e.g. KPI's, Audit Improvements) and creating programs to promote continual improvement of quality system, • Responsible for the preparation of sectional budget and ensure the effective management of all resources, monitors utilization and follow budgets for the section operations. • Responsible for the management and control of Security Services to ensure Safety and security of Company resources, represent organization at personnel-related hearings and investigations, and Employee Relations managing disciplinaries, employees and union grievances and other labor relations matter, and other legal matters affecting concerning employment conditions,


Requirements

• Preferably graduate of Bachelor of Law • With at least 3 - 4 years Human Resources experience in a Manager/Assistant Manager role • Has handled all areas or facets of HR
