    Supports the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems. Responsible for providing support in the various human resources and functions, which include recruitment, staffing, training and development, labor relations, employee performance and compensation and benefits.

    ​POSITION SPECIFICATIONS

    Education: Level of Experience:

    Graduate of Psychology or any related Behavioral course, with at least 7 years of progressively responsible in all facets of HR.

    SKILLS REQUIREMENTS

    Confidence to work with people at all levels; Above oral and written skills; Dynamic and able to keep up with a fast-faced type of work environment; Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite of applications and must be internet sawy and experienced in online recruiting.
