Job Summary

-Source potential candidates from various online channels (e.g. social media and professional platforms like LinkedIn etc.)
-Screen incoming resumes and application forms
-Develop and track goals for the recruiting and hiring process
-Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting
-Process Government Remittances (SSS, HMDF, PHIC)
-Coordinate with Account Officer for any concerns (SSS, HDMF, PHIC, DOLE)

Qualifications
-Graduate of Psychology Human Resource Management or any related field.
-With at least 2-3 years of relevant experience as HRD Officer
-Full understanding of HR functions and best practices.
-Knowledgeable of Employment laws and practices
-Can start immediately!

Requirements

• Minimum education level: Bachelor´s Degree
• 5 years of experience
• Language(s): English
• Knowledge: Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Word
