    Description



  • 1. Recruitment

    a. Recruits applicants through LRA and sorting of resumes, conducts exam and initial interviews, assists in final interview to immediate superior and select best employees to fill vacant positions.

    b. Conduct background checks on possible candidates.

    c. Facilitate checking of pre-employment requirements to newly hired employees.

    d. Facilitates employee orientation to newly hired employees.

    e. Prepare forms of the newly hired employees such as Endorsement letter, Induction Guide and Training Attendance; Employment Contract and Salary Notification upon passing the training.

    f. Provide newly hired employees’ company email address and assistance in the ATM application.

    g. Maintains and updates on-line job posting sites.

    h. Prepare notices and advertisements for vacant staff positions.

    2. Employee Relations

    a. Process and handles disciplinary cases.

    b. Counsels and coaches employees.

    c. Revises and updates the policies and procedures of the company base on the approval of the management.

    d. Update employees of any revisions, clarifications, changes or modifications of the Policies and Procedures of the company thru memo.

    e. Provide 3rd and 5th month evaluation memo of employees as a reminder to Branch Manager or to an involved Immediate Superior.



    3. Training and Development

    a. Organize and conducts necessary training and learning intervention activities.

    b. Develop training program for the Company based on the needs of employees.

    4. Management Function

    a. Visits branches to determine ALL HR related requirements and other concerns at least once a month.

    b. Conveys the concerns or grievance of the branches to the Management.

    c. Updates the job description of an employee as needed.

    d. Updates the organizational structure and chart of branches as needed.

    e. Assist employees w/ work matters, career development, & industrial matters.

    f. Manage employee records, timekeeping, compensation and benefits done by the HR Assistant.

    g. Ensure to comply at government mandated regulations as to salary and benefits.

    5. Others

    a. Prepares devotion guide every 1st and 3rd week of the month. Topics would be the Core Values of the company.

    b. Ensure that the bulletin board is updated to posting memo and company notices in the interest of the employees.

    6. Performs other related duties that may be assigned from time to time.
