  • RECRUITMENT

    •To make certain that orientation and training are properly scheduled and coordinated closely with HR & Admin Manager and Training Officer, respectively.

    TIMEKEEPING / RECORD KEEPING / DOCUMENTATION

    •To manage and validate precise timekeeping, in coordination with Team Leader/s

    •To coordinate with Assistant HR & Admin Manager regarding employment contract, monitoring of employment status

    •To maintain human resource information system, 201 files and other pertinent documents

    •To send monthly manpower report to Clark Development Corp Office for employees in Clark Office

    BENEFITS & COMPENSATION / GOVERNMENT MANDATED

    •To perform benefits administration

    •To communicate benefit information to employees

    •To assist in salary distribution, in coordination with Accounting department

    •To maintain compliance with government regulations concerning employment

    •To ensure timely payment, reports and loan transactions (SSS, Pagibig, Philhealth)

    GENERAL ADMINISTRATION

    •To contact or communicate with government offices, agencies, suppliers in relation with office requirements

    •To help in developing department goals, objectives, and systems

    •To participate in administrative works and other HR projects

    •To perform other related duties as required and assigned

    •To perform other tasks that maybe assigned by the immediate supervisor from time to time

    Qualifications:

    •Candidate must possess atleast Bachelor’s Degree; degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration / Management / Psychology Course

    •Minimum of 3-4 years in Human Resource Management

    •Proficient in all facets of HR Functions

    •Highly-trainable and willing to go beyond working hours when necessary

    •Flexible and can work well in group and different levels
