Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s/College Degree in Psychology
Has a work experience as HR
Knowledge of employee relations and basic labor law is an advantage
Experience in developing and planning internal systems (salary, evaluation, etc.) is a advantage.
Familiar with standard hiring practices, such as scheduling interviews and on boarding processes
Experience in handling compensation and benefits and employee relations
Experienced in handling government benefits • Knowledgeable in government rules and regulations (DOLE, NLRC, etc.)
Well organized and proficient in documentation and record keeping • Proficient in both oral and written communications
Analytical, active listener, accurate and keen on details
Assertive, confident, highly motivated and can work with minimum supervision • Flexible, independent, results-oriented and can-do multitasking
Values confidentiality, tact and discretion in dealing with people
