    Job Description:

    -Prepares the DAS summary and timekeeping of direct hires before endorsement to the HR Manager for final checking and review;
    -Close coordination with the agency partners for the distribution of the DAS to all staff; Checks the DAS summary endorsed by the agency partners before endorsement to the HR Manager for final review; Ensures that the DAS are complete and approved by the Management in a timely manner to avoid delays in the payroll release;
    -Requests each cut off the payroll summary of the agencies to help out addressing any payroll queries of the staff;
    -Ensures that all resigned employees have completed the exit clearance; no pending accountabilities or any outstanding balance should be properly endorsed to the agency partners subject for last pay deduction;
    -Handles the compensation and benefits, including but not limited to the following:
    Checks billings endorsed by the agency partners or/and other suppliers before endorsement for approval and payment request. Ensures the data are complete and accurate. If needed, recommends corrective actions for any discrepancies;
    -Coordinates with SMART of any new order and ensures the on-time delivery of the units
    -Checks the SMART billings; ensures that SMART deductions shall be endorsed to the agency partners for proper payroll deduction; likewise responsible to inform all the staff of their expected SMART deduction;
    -Keeps track of the phones, tablets and SIM cards assigned to the employees; closely coordinates with SMART for any network problems or/and billing issues;
    -Coordinates with the HMO and life insurance for any queries or assistance needed by the staff;
    -Prepares certificates or awards for employee’s recognition;
    -Keeps records of the loan vouchers, authorization to deduct, and other documents pertaining to the payroll of the employees
    -Coordinates with the agency partners for all the mandatory benefits concerns of the staff; any forms submitted by the employees must be submitted to the agency partners
    -Assists in the implementation of the HR policies; accompanies the HR Manager in the routine area visit;
    -Assists in the design, development and delivery of the strategic and operation of the HR services in the project;
    -Assists that HR Manager in the implementation of HR policies, practices and procedures, and ensures compliance of all staff.
