    Recruitment and Placement

    Receives and qualifies approved MRF and verifies requests against approved plantilla of the requesting department
    Supervises personnel assistant in the administration of exams, screening of applicants and in the safekeeping and updates of Employee’s 201 file.
    Conducts initial/final interview to applicants.
    Conducts pre-employment orientation to newly hired employees.
    Monitor if the newly hired employees has been added to DTR registry System
    Coordinate with accredited Manpower Agency regarding MRF.
    Compensation and Benefits

    Evaluates job performance of employees through results of performance evaluation.
    Evaluates employee for promotion, transfer and the likes.
    Recommends new benefit programs beneficial both to the company and the employee.
    Oversees documentations of benefits assigned to HR Staff and Company Nurse.
    Responsible in final DTR Summary checking prior submission for approval of the Admin Finance Manager.
    Training and Development

    Reviews training needs according to the recent training needs survey and analysis conducted
    Prepare summary of the conducted TNA to create a Training Plan
    Monitors training status as indicated in the training plan and ensure complete and accurate
    documentations and should be properly conducted.

    Updates/ reviews training plan
    Conceptualizes training programs and recommends how the program works considering the current work status of employees.
    Source for Speaker or Trainers
    Submit Proposed training plan to HR Manager for budget approval.
    Employee Relations

    Assists and support HR Manager in facilitating company sponsored activities and recommends improvement.
    Assists and support HR Manager in maintaining sound relationship among labor and management and recommend necessary action in resolving issues and concerns.
    Conceptualizes policies and oversees proper implementation in accordance to Labor Law.
    Ensures on time processing and documentations pertaining to employee discipline.
    Counsels erring employees
    Ensures submission of documents required by government agencies (SSS, Philhealth, Pag-ibig,
    DOLE, PEZA etc.)

    Prepares daily/monthly reports such as Plantilla/Headcount, Deployment Report, Resigned employees,
    DA Report (Agency and Direct) as part of HR KPI

    Assists the HR Manager in the implementation of new benefits and ensure that employees are
    receiving benefits on time and that the benefits are still competitive within the same industry.

    Acts as the leadperson for selected welfare programs.
    Evaluates results of monthly and annual reports on absences, tardiness, perfect attendance, Turnover
    rate,and manpower hiring and recommends action for further improvement.

    Monitor Employees SIL credits and conversion.
    Overall in-charge to monitor the performance of third party such as Manpower Agency,Canteen
    Concessionaires and Security

    Conduct Quarterly Audit
    Conduct Semi Annual Evaluation
    Monitor the foreign national visa and accommodation contract expiration.
    Checked the reports/request being submitted by HR Staff such as Purchase Inventory, Attendance
    Monitoring, PPE Monitoring, Uniform Issuance, APE etc.

    Performs tasks assigned from time to time.
