    Responsible for over-all compliance on HR process & data audit assisting in solving HR related issues, ensuring adherence to the organization's policies and objectives.

    Providing necessary and accurate data/reports and data analysis that provides insights into the organization.

    Supporting the overall HR strategy and initiatives while facilitating and supporting HR transactional business processes including utilization, design, development, and maintenance of HR tools or dashboards.


    Establish a process that will safeguard data starting from Recruitment and as it gets processed in different departments in Human Resources, Workforce, Training, Operations and Payroll, ensuring accuracy and consistency of key data sets, reports and metrics.

    Respond to data requests not just from the HR team but of the organization this includes developing insightful/value-added reports gathered from different data platforms.

    Produce and deliver standard and customized reports, dashboards and ad-hoc requests based on business need including composition or amendment of policies and guidelines.

    Identify trends and correlations of available data to uncover insights. Recommends information that should be analyzed based on key indicators, works to determine root cause, and/or identify areas of concern.

    Assist with continual process improvements by researching methods to continue to automate and streamline processes and stay up to date on all system updates and fixes.

    Establish governance on HR data and processed through regular audit and validation of data and troubleshoot irregularities to ensure data and system integrity.

    Responsible in management of HR ticketing by dispatching tickets to HR POCs, coordinating closely to the HR Shared Services and Customer Delivery team until closure/resolve of tickets ensuring that highest level of customer satisfaction/employee service is made through a timely response on employee needs or inquiries.

    Uses available tools and resource materials to provide information and resolve issues or requests.

    Learns and applies standard procedures and knowledge to develop solutions within established guidelines related to HR functions.

    Creating and delivering specialized presentations and training on HR-related topics across the business. This may include the creation/development of HR policies, processes, best practices, rollout, and implementation of HR programs.

    Assist in various HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives.

    Ensure compliance with Data Privacy and Protection Guidelines.

    COMPETENCIES (Education and Experience):

    College Graduate

    Minimum 1-year related experience in Data Management and Reporting or Audit and Process Improvement

    Experience & understanding of Payroll from any of these regions PH/AU/US is a plus; Mature enough to handle confidential matters


    Knowledge and experience in HR function/practice, processes, system and data analysis is preferred

    Significant analytical and problem-solving skills required

    Attention to detail and accuracy is a must

    Proficient in MS Office on experienced level using Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project

    Proficient in verbal and written communication skills

    With a sense of urgency in solving customer requests or inquiries to ensure timely resolution and ability to work under pressure multi-task and meet deadlines

    Willingness to travel in different centers as part of governance work

    Demonstrate a high degree of confidentiality and sensitivity to compliance-related matters

    Proficient interpersonal skills and the ability to successfully work with internal stakeholders and colleagues to contribute ideas, identify opportunities and to contribute to positive outcomes

    Knowledge of standard business practices and professionalism in a customer service environment are essential
