PURCHASING

Collate purchase orders and purchase requisitions in order to order materials, goods and supplies and send them to the suppliers.

Interact with the suppliers on a day to day basis.

Track and review deliveries against the orders.

Contact suppliers in order to schedule or expedite deliveries and to resolve shortages, missed or late deliveries, and other problems

Deal with non-supplied, under orders, over orders and damaged goods.

Produce and maintain all reports.

Manage any procurement activities including all OSF’s (Outsourcing Forms) and RFQ’s (Request For Quotations).

Respond to customer and supplier inquiries about order status, changes, or cancellations.

Responsible for all incoming and outgoing shipment for FSA-TECH.

Planning and scheduling of delivery on all FSA-TECH client on a timely manner.

Identifying & delivering operational cost reduction and cost avoidance initiatives.

Making sure that project deadlines are met..

Completing and filing compliance documentation for import, export and supply chain security, like PEZA, CUSTOM and another relevant document needed.

Managing supplier delivery performance and maintain supplier contracts.

Supporting other departments within the company.

Managing supply chain activities, import and export via external distribution teams.

Handle, monitor and report status of finished goods delivery to client site from final product shipment until final destination at client receiving end.

Rendered “ON CALL”, 24/7 for urgent inbound/outboard particularly those projects with urgency and high priority.

Requirements

• Minimum education level: Bachelor´s Degree
• 1 year of experience
• Availability to travel: Yes
• Availability of change of residence: Yes
