  • Job Descriptions:

    Coordinate with Team leader to identify hiring needs.

    Post job vacancies to different recruitment channels and social media.

    Screen and select resumes based on hiring requirements.

    Perform in-face and phone initial interviews.

    Make interview assessment.

    Endorse to a supervisor or the client for the final interview.

    Issue pre-employment requirements.

    Assist and follow up requirements on their requirements.

    Validate the requirements.

    Collate the requirements for the 201 File.

    Prepare the documents needed before the onboarding of candidates.

    Update the monitoring.

    Other tasks may be assigned by the team leader from time to time.

  • Minimum education level: Bachelor´s Degree
  • Years of experience: 2
  • Language(s): English
  • Knowledge: Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Team building, Team management, Goal-oriented, Teamwork
  • Availability for travel: No
  • Availability for change of residence: No
