Candidate must possess at least Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Psychology or equivalent.

Ability to conduct different types of interviews

Experience with recruitment processes and databases.

Ability to design and implement recruiting strategies

Excellent communication skills

Good decision- making skills

A working knowledge of employment law and legislation

Can work under pressure and minimum supervision

Job Summary:

Prepare effective and attractive Job Advertisements that align to Garments Company

Conduct Recruitment Planning and Timeline for suitable strategy and set clear expectations on time frames and etc.

Collaborate with Team Leaders to understand skills and competencies required for job opening

Be responsible for recruitment process documentation for candidates and assure high-quality data management.
