Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Management or equivalent.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Commendable skills in organizing and working on several tasks concurrently.
With proper attention to details.
Team player and result oriented.
Responsibilities:
Make 201 files of employees, ensures proper filings and completeness of documents.
Conducts facility tour of newly-hired employees, introduces new employee to various department heads.
Endorses newly-hired employee to concerned department heads.
Provides assistance to the HR department in functional areas.
Support all internal and external HR related inquiries or requests.
Requirements
- Minimum education level: Bachelor´s Degree
- 1 year of experience
- Availability to travel: Yes
- Availability of change of residence: Yes
