Good news! Mustard Seed Systems Corporation is looking for an HR Recruitment Associate to join our fun and talented HR Team!

What is it like being an HR RECRUITMENT ASSOCIATE at Mustard Seed? Here are the duties and responsibilities:

As an HR Recruitment Associate, you will perform the full-cycle recruitment which includes but not limited to: post job hirings, schedule interviews, evaluate and assess the candidate pool, conduct the initial interview, forward qualified applicants to the hiring manager and to the General Manager.

Respond to applicants queries

Conduct and check pre-employment examinations.

Create Test Report and do a background check on qualified applicants.

Collect Employee Requisition Form and Job Description

Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of the applicants

Develop and execute sourcing strategies aimed at generating candidate flow to meet overall recruiting needs.

Plan and implement creative and cost-effective sourcing strategies

Build and maintain a strong and effective candidate pipeline possessing key talent potentially available for immediate hiring or for succession planning

Assists with the development of new-hire training material which includes monitoring of onboarding form and training road map

Collect and analyze employee data and ensure that all requirements of the new hire(s) are complete which includes but not limited to SSS, Pag-Ibig, Philhealth, TIN, BIR 2316/1905, medical, etc.

Represent the company at job fairs and college campuses

Create Weekly Recruitment Report

Handle Mustard Seed Recruitment Page

Hire qualified applicants in a timely manner

Create and organize 201 File

Other HR tasks assigned by the HR Supervisor

Qualifications:

Have a degree in Human Resources/Psychology/Business Administration or any related field

Have outstanding interpersonal and communication skills and a team player

Have good problem-solving ability

Have a good understanding of the full recruitment process

Highly proficient with Word, Excel, Powerpoint, and other editing applications like adobe photoshop and video editor

Ability to maintain employee confidentiality

Ability to multitask and work with minimal supervision

Must be able to prioritize and plan work activities as to use time efficiently

Have integrity and approachable

Have excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

Have exceptional written and verbal communication

Must be willing to do fieldwork if necessary
