any related field or its equivalent,

With at least 4-years related working experience as Recruitment Supervisor in Manufacturing Company,

Knowledgeable in end-to-end recruitment procedures,

With experience in monitoring Manpower Provider’s performances,

With knowledge in review and creation of Risk Assessment and Opportunities,

With knowledge in creation and execution of Business Continuity Plan for

Labor Shortage,

With experience in Policy, regulation and guidelines creation and execution,

Good in MS Excel formulation,

With high confidence and analytical skills, and with sense of urgency,

Flexible, adaptable and accommodating
