Offer description
1. Responsible in meeting the hiring targets by exhausting all sourcing mediums.
2. Updating of Recruitment Monitoring (vacancies & hiring).
3. Coordinate with the department head / manager regarding the manpower needs of employees.
4. Creating Job Descriptions and updating these as deemed necessary.
5. Administration of recruitment and selection activities.
6. Assisting in the implementation and administration of training and development activities for employees.
7. Monitoring and management of all OJTs / student trainees.
8. Report generation related to hiring.
9. Assisting in conducting employee relations programs.
10. Responsible in the administration of filing of employee records and other HR records & documents.
11. Submit Report per Schedule.
Requirements
- Minimum education level: Bachelor´s Degree
- 2 years of experience
- Language(s): English
- Knowledge: Microsoft Excel
