Preferably with 3 year(s) of working experience in the same field.

With extensive knowledge on sourcing techniques on social media.

Must be computer literate and with exceptional communication and negotiation skills.

Excellent analytical skills to examine resumes and find the best suited candidates.

Candidate must be willing to work in Binondo, Manila.

Job Description:

Sourcing applicants to fill-in the vacant positions.

Conduct interviews and online examinations of applicants.

Assessing the capabilities of a candidate.

Discuss employment terms with candidates.

Maintain and updates database of potential candidates for future vacant positions.

Create and submit hiring reports.
