Job Functions:

Assists in the day-to-day administrative HR functions

Source qualified applicants, conducts initial interviews, and facilitate pre-employment assessment exams

Coordinate with hiring managers for personnel needs

Updates employee records

Monitor employee attendance and make sure that employees adhere to the company policies

Serve disciplinary actions to erring employees

Basic Qualifications:

College graduate of any Business Course

Preferably a resident or living near Tagum City, Davao del Norte

Knowledge in any HR facet is an advantage but not required

Preferably with knowledge in Labor Code of the Philippines

Fast learner and able to work independently and in a team

Eager to learn and is willing to be trained

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
