  • 1. RECRUITMENT

    • Manpower Requisition

    - Providing MR Form for different departments and bases when needed.

    - Providing MR number and encoding / filing of MR Forms per company.

    - Coordinating with different departments and bases for their Manpower Request.

    • Sourcing

    - Updating and checking of online posting for our Open MR (Best Jobs / Job fair-online)

    - Coordinating with PESO offices for schedule of Job fairs.

    - Attending Job fairs from different events.

    - Updating Job Posting in Bulletins and Flyers.

    - Coordinating with Agencies for Open MR.

    - Inviting and calling applicants for interviews.

    • Screening

    - Assisting applicants.

    - Conducting Interviews.

    - Pre-employment Testing.

    - Background Investigation.

    - Endorsement of applicants with the requesting head department for evaluation.

    • For Drivers / Conductors

    - Scheduling of Drive test for Drivers.

    - Issuance of Workshop Papers for Drivers.

    - Issuance of Apprenticeship Paper for Drivers and Conductor.

    - Scheduling of Defensive Driving Seminar for Driver / Conductor Applicants.

    - Coordinating with ER Staff for the attendees of Refresher course for Drivers with cases of Reckless Driving and Over-speeding.

    - Providing Certificates for Defensive Driving Seminar and Refresher course for driver employees.

    • Deployment

    - Issuance of List of requirements and referral of medical for qualified applicants.

    - Checking of requirements and problems with medical.

    - Scheduling of Orientation for newly hired applicants.

    - Assisting Applicants for Memos and Gov’t Forms need to be filled out before contract signing.

    - Capturing picture for Company ID.

    - Creating and Issuance of Company ID if the assigned HR Staff is not around.

    - Endorsing applicant with HR Supervisor (Compensation / Benefits) for contract signing.

    - Coordinating with Agencies for deployment of applicants.

    2. DOCUMENTATION AND OTHER TASKS

    - Updating Manpower Requisition Summary Report.

    - Updating Job Source Summary Report.

    - Updating Fall-outs Summary Report.

    - Updating Summary Report of Hired applicants.

    - Updating Open MR Report.

    - Filing of HR Staff Reports and minutes of meeting every week.

    - Updating records of all applicants (active and inactive)

    - Answering inquiries thru phone.

    - Assisting in different company activities / events

     TEABUILDING/COMPANY OUTING

     SPORTS FEST

     COMPANY ANNIVERSARY

     CHRISTMAS PARTY

    - Other tasks from time to time.
