  • Compensation and Benefits:

    • Prepares SSS, Philhealth and Pag-ibig monthly contributions schedules as well as payment and filing of remittances

    • Prepares SSS, Philhealth and Pag-ibig schedules of salary deductions

    • Prepares and process Sickness and Maternity benefit of employees

    • Process other SSS, Philhealth, BIR and Pag-ibig requirements

    Recruitment:

    • Reviews manpower requirements and fills up vacancies

    • Sources out applicants and continuously maintains a manpower pool of qualified personnel

    • Administers, analyzes and interprets psychological exams

    • Conducts initial interview and coordinates schedule of interview with the HR/GA Manager, Section Head, Department Manager, Director and President

    • Monitors the employee by conducting background investigation

    • Gives checklist of pre-employment requirements

    • Conducts orientation (Company Policies & Procedures) and coordinates briefing with other sections (Production Procedures)

    • Issue copy of the employee’s Job Description & copy of the Code of Conduct & Discipline

    • Endorses newly hired to the concerned Section Head / Manager

    • Prepares and issues the employment contracts of all newly-hired employees & issue uniform & Company ID

    • Updates employees personal information in the EDPS system

    • Prepares report, personnel order, documents needed to ensure smooth administration of personnel movement

    • Monitors probationary employees & distribute Performance Evaluation

    • Computes the evaluation rating & necessary grade increase for employees who passed the probationary period

    • Prepares notice of failed probationary

    • Prepares notice of regularization & employment contract for regular employees

    • Prepares Mid-year and Year-end Performance Evaluation Summary

    • Submits manpower reports on a weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly basis

    • Attends and prepares any quality audit

    • Conducts exit interview to resigning employees and make monthly turn over report

    • Updates and maintains files/records of all personnel such as 201 files of employees
