    Sourcing and Pooling of applicants

    Representative in In-House and Mega job Fair in PESO.

    Coordinates with accredited school for list of Graduates and School Job fairs

    Conduct Initial Screening of Applicants

    Conduct Initial Interview for Janitorial and other Skilled type position.

    Calls Janitor Relievers for General Cleanings.

    Administering, Assessment and Evaluation of Examination for Rank and File, Supervisory and Managerial Position.

    Process Endorsement for Final Interview with client.

    Conducts background checking for support group.

    Administering, Assessment and Evaluation of PNLT Examination.

    Coordinates with client regarding the vacant position and the required qualifications for the position.

    Other HR task that may be assigned by HR Officer.
