  • Required Skills/Qualifications:
    • To be diligent and timely in the delivery of required applicants for Client projects.
    • Confidential in the dealings of employee and salary records.
    • Be conscious of waste within the business and act conscientiously to bring to the attention of the direct report.
    • Maintain a professional approach to all dealings with staff and clients.
    • Be proficient in MS Office. Knowledge of and proficiency with Xero is highly regarded.
    • Conversant with the use of the local recruitment sites.
    • Fluent in English with good comprehension

    Job Responsibilities:
    • Coordinates staff recruitment and on-boarding: developing and updating job descriptions, liaising with office managers, sourcing through several portals/utilizing various strategies (e.g. advertisement, referrals, school
    postings, job fairs, etc.,) screening, and hiring through interviews and test administration, issuing and checking of pre-employment requirements, contact candidate referees and send referee report and administering employee orientation
    • Creates and updates company policies and procedures and conveys it to the workforce for common information; consults with legal counsel and DOLE to ensure that policies comply with the Philippine Labor law
    • Issues individual and company-wide memoranda
    • Manages government-mandated benefits (SSS, HDMF, PHIC) and ensures new and existing employee data are updated
    • Conducts performance appraisals and carries out recommendations resulting from evaluation
    • Monitors and executes employee regularization, promotion, transfers and keeps track of employees who undergo Performance Improvement Plans (PIP)
    • Serves as link between the Client, Management and the Workforce by handling queries, implementing policies and procedures, creating and interpreting employment contracts, advising on pay and remuneration
    (including promotions and benefits), and addressing employee issues and concerns
    • Maintains and organizes employee records (201, leave, tardiness, ER,
    performance records) and produces and updates corresponding reports
    • Communicates with the Accounting Department in terms of employee movements, monthly employee records, compensation, department budget, employees’ overtime requests, resignation and other benefits
    • Keeps in file all relevant information regarding government and company initiated employee benefits as well as data work-related sickness and accidents
    • Secures employees’ TIN and update BIR records
    • Takes part in benchmarking, analyzing and modifying compensation and benefit programs, ensuring its competitiveness and compliance with legal requirements
    • Organizes and facilitates employee engagement activities, programs and events
    • Arranges Annual Physical Examination (APE) for employees and ensures its smooth execution
    • Produces certificate of employment, certificate of clearance (upon request) and caters to employee verification requests
    • Liaises with DOLE in the provision of the requirements for the Annual Assessment and deals with inquiries and verifications
    • Conducts exit interviews, assist in clearance completions, prepares employee separation notices, and issues final pay and supporting documents
